Skin-Pimples is a common problem. A Pimples develop sebaceous glands, or oil glands, become clogged and infected, leading to swollen, red lesions filled with pus. Pimples are part of acne. They are most likely to occur around puberty, but it can happen at any age. They also happen when the sebaceous glands become more active, dead skin cells clog the pores and sometimes an infected develops. There is not enough evidence to confirm that any particular food causes of acne, but following a healthful diet may reduce the risk. Your skin has a lots of enemies like excessive heat , pollution, dust etc.
Hormones fluctuating or excessive male or female hormones can lead to adult acne because of changes they create in the entire body and environment of the skin.

Don’t touch your face don’t be a pimple popper –  Your hands encounter grime and bacteria constantly throughout the the day. Each time  your face, some of those pore-clogging impurities may get transferred to your skin. As tempting as it may to be squeeze that larger -than-life whitehead on the tip of your nose don’t. Popping pimples may cause bleeding, sever scarring, or infection. It may also increase inflammation and clog surrounding pores,making your pimple problem worse.

Stay hydrated – If you’re dehydrated, your body may signal your skin’s oil glands to produce more oil. Dehydration also gives your skin dull appearance and promotes inflammation and redness. To keep your body well -hydrated, drink at least 3 liter water each day. drink more after exercise .

Limit makeup – Its tempting to use makeup to cover pimples. However, doing so may clog pores and trigger outbreaks. When you do wear makeup, avoid greasy, heavy foundation, and use products that are non-comedogenic, sheer, and fragrance-free. Greasy or oily shampoos, body washes, shaving creams, and hair styling products may cause pimples. To prevent outbreak, choose oil -free, non-comedogenic options.

Some diet advice good for skin

The best diet advice in dealing with acne appears to be eating a wholesome, balanced diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables, healthy protein sources, and whole grains. Eating low-glycaemic foods made of complex carbohydrates may reduce your risk of developing pimples or acne. Complex carbohydrates are found in the following foods – whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables like – Orange, Lemon, Carrots, Tomato, Cucumber, Spinach, Turkey, Blueberries, Beans, Peas, Pumpkin seeds Apricots, Sweet potatoes, Brown rice, Quinoa, Dhania leaves and other dark and leafy vegetables. Nuts like cashew nut, walnut, ground nut, salmon, mackerel and other kinds of fatty fish etc.

Fish oil

Fish oil (Omega-3 fatty acids) supplements can help the skin manage oil production, maintain moisture, reduce inflammation, and prevent acne and pimples.

Given that bacne is a rare condition in societies with higher consumption of Omega -3 relative to omega-6 fatty acids, supplementation with omega3 suppress inflammatory cytokine production and thereby reduce acne severity.

Methods – 13 individual with inflammatory acne were given three grams of fish oil containing 930mg of EPA to their unchanged diet and existing acne remedies for weeks. Acne was assessed using an overall severity grading scale , total inflammatory lesions counts, and calorimetry.

Bitter gourd (Kerela) for Pimples Solution

Using neem water as skin toner regularly will help in clearing acne, scars, pigmentation and blackheads. Boil few leaves of neem in half a litre of water till the leaves are soft and discolored. The water turns green then dip a cotton ball into it and wipe your face.
Take few leaves of and make a paste of it. Apply on pimples and face. Your pimples definitely goes in few days and your pimples marks too goes. Also your skin look bright and clear.

Lightens skin blemishes

Take few leaves of neem and few leaves of tulsi mixed with sandalwood powder along with rose water mixed well. Apply on face. Let it dry before you rinse it off with cold water.

Treats for dry skin

Neem has moisturizing properties. Mixed neem powder with milk and few drops of grape seed oil. Apply it to your face as a moisturizer. if you want you can use honey on it.

Delays ageing of skin

With its regulative properties, neem helps the skin fight pathogens below its surface. As a result, your skin remains supple, reduce the effect of ageing by applying neem oil on your face or adding neem powder to your face pack.

Aloe Vera for Pimples Solution

Applying Aloe Vera paste or gel generously to your face in place of cleanser. You will be boosting the blood flow in your skin and killing off harmful bacteria. You can also spot-treat your acne and pimples breakouts areas. Leave the Aloe Vera on overnight, and wash it off in the mooring to reduce the redness and irritation.

Aloe Vera and lemon juice face mask

A Face mask with Aloe Vera and lemon juice will give your face a refreshed and invigorated look while it cleans your pores. It kills some of the bacteria that might be causing pimples and acne. Make a paste of Aloe Vera adding 4 tablespoon of lemon juice mixed it well. Apply on face like mask leave it for 15 minutes then wash your face with cold water. You relief not only for pimple dark spot also.

For pimples acne and glowing skin

Take coconut oil as your base. Adding about 1/2 spoon of coconut oil to 1/2 spoon of white sugar and mixing well. Pour in 1/4 spoon pure Aloe Vera gel or paste for an exploiting blend you can keep in the fridge. Use gently scrub the mixture over your face you may also your body and legs and hands also.

For pimples and pimples spot

Use Aloe Vera as a base. Add gulabjal (rosewater) and 3, 4 drops of tea tree oil mixed some haldi paste on it mixed well and then apply on face. Defintely you relief from pimples and pimples spot .

For smooth glowing and acne free skin

Take 2 tablespoon of honey and mixed 1 tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel or paste 4 tablespoon of ground cinnamon before applying the mask to face and relax while the mask does its magic for 10 to15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly the application.

Form pimples free glowing clear and spot free skin

Take 1 spoon of masoor dal and half spoon of rice and keep wet in water for whole night and at mooring make a paste of it. Then take few pieces of turmeric and make a paste mixed well along with 2 drop of mustard oil 2 drops of milk 2 drops of rose water and apply daily on your face.

For bright and pimples spot

Take few leaves of pudina and make a paste and add tea tree oil on it with gulab jal and apply on face.

For relaxing and brightening skin

Take few leaves of pudina make a paste add with gulab jal and mixed some quantity of turmeric and Aloe Vera fill in ice cube and and make ice and apply on face in summer. for glowing and bright skin – take 1 spoon of besan and half spoon of turmeric powder or paste of pure turmeric paste with gulab jal and milk mixed few drop of honey mixed it well then apply at least 5 day in a week . food should be avoided – Refined oil, sugary drink, spicy foods, coffee, tea, noddle’s fast foods and junk foods deserts made with white flour .
